Realization of a Public Procurement Electronic Portal
The electronic public procurement portal facilitates the dissemination and exchange of documents and information relating to public procurement, while enabling contracts to be awarded electronically. It offers a set of functionalities covering the competitive bidding process, and aims to modernize procedures, making them simpler, faster and more accessible.
Objective
The main objectives of this project are as follows:
- Ensure transparency in economic transactions.
- Develop the economic system to achieve sustainable development objectives.
- Contribute to the rapid transformation towards a digital society.
- Increase Algeria’s wealth of information to support growth and master the national database.
- Reinforce respect for the principles of freedom of access to public procurement, and equal treatment of candidates.
