CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PORTALS AND ELECTRONIC PLATFORMS FOR THE “LEAGUE OF ARAB STATES SUMMIT (ALGERIA 2022)

As part of the organization of the 31st Summit of the League of Arab States, the Algerian government has set itself the challenge of implementing the “Paperless Arab Summit” initiative in record time, through a project to create a portal and electronic platforms for the “Summit of the League of Arab States (Algeria 2022)”. To this end, EADN has been appointed to bring this ambitious project to fruition by implementing a set of digital solutions and electronic platforms, namely :

  1. Summit portal : This is an integrated digital tool designed to manage and organize this type of event. It includes all information relating to the summit, such as news, photos and videos, as well as the management of documents distributed during the event.
  2. “Zero Paper” platform : This platform aims to replace manual, paper-based procedures with more efficient, secure electronic processes. It contributes to reducing costs linked to the use of paper, ink and the storage of physical documents, while facilitating access to information and collaboration between participants. In addition, it enables simplified tracking of digital documents and smooth management of changes to these documents.
  3. Delegation registration platform : This system has been designed to enable delegations to register online by filling in a registration form in which they provide their personal information and other necessary details. It thus simplifies the registration process by eliminating the need for paper forms and physical presence at the registration site.
  4. Accreditation and badge identification platform : This platform tracks the arrival of participants and ensures their identification via badges. It integrates QR codes to check badge validity and authenticity.
  5. Mobile application for badge and access management : This application ensures efficient organization by facilitating the verification and authorization of participant access, thus guaranteeing optimal event management.

These platforms include a number of functionalities and features that meet all the needs of summit participants, facilitating their activities and providing all necessary services electronically.

Objective

  • Electronic document management, facilitating the efficient creation, editing, storage, retrieval and sharing of information;
  • Paper elimination, aimed at completely reducing the use of paper and saving the costs associated with printing physical documents by converting physical documents into digital versions;
  • Online registration of official delegations, to improve administrative management;
  • Badge management and validity checks;
  • Online collaboration, enabling teams to collaborate virtually, share and edit documents in real time, facilitating communication and productivity;
  • Accessibility of public information, available at any time and from any location, enhancing user mobility and flexibility;
  • Data security, aimed at protecting sensitive information against the loss of crucial data, notably through encryption and access control protocols.
