Launch of the DigiTicket website to organize and manage tickets for the 2023 African Cup of Nations for Under-17s (CAN U17 2023)
The site, which played a key role in the organization of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations in Algeria in 2023, was conceived to facilitate secure and efficient online ticket purchasing. This project was set up in collaboration with the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) and met the specific requirements of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), notably for the management of electronic ticketing.
The development of this digital solution was essential to manage the demand for tickets, especially with the participation of 12 teams and the presence of a large number of local and international fans.
Objective
EADN (Digital Development Support Company), in charge of implementation, provided an advanced electronic ticketing system, guaranteeing a seamless experience for spectators. This platform played a key role in the organization of the event, as it enabled centralized management of sales and contributed to the success of the CAN U17. It also facilitated the acquisition of tickets for the various stadiums through a simple online process, while respecting the security standards required for events of this scale.
