the Digital Development Support Company (EADN) EPE/SPA is launching consultation No. 04/EADN/2026, the purpose of which is: ACQUISITION OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT COMPANY (EADN)
1- Project Scope
The equipment to be acquired under this specifications document is presented in 02 (two) separate lots:
- LOT 01: Mobile Workstation
- LOT 02: MacBook
Interested bidders may submit bids for one or several lots and/or sub-lots.

2- Collection of the Specifications Document
Interested companies may collect this specifications document from EADN, 129, Rue Asselah Hocine – Alger Centre, Resources and Logistics Department. Collection shall be carried out by the bidder or their representative, bearing their company stamp, at:

The opening of bids will take place at EADN’s headquarters on the day corresponding to the bid submission deadline at 1:30 PM sharp, in a public session, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
6- Validity of Bids:
Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for a period equal to the bid preparation period plus 03 months, starting from the bid submission date.
