The Electronic Mail Management System “EADN-Morassalat” allows you to process, organize, manage and track a large volume of incoming, outgoing and internal mail. While adapting to the procedures of any institution, thanks to its mechanism of parameterization.

In addition, this solution ensures data security, stored documents encryption, it also opens the possibility of storing attached documents on different media (Local, Remote, in an electronic document management system like Alfrecso).

System Administration

A module mainly contains the functionalities of user management, group management, privilege management (role) and traceability management.

Mail management

A module is divided into two sub-modules:

  1. Outgoing mail management: The outgoing mail management includes the following functionalities:
    • Mails registration;
    • Mails editing;
    • Mails deleting ;
    • Mails visualization;
    • Mails validation;
    • Automatic generation of the internal reference code based on the configuration format;
    • Sharing of mails with assignment of tasks to follow;
    • Mails distribution;
    • Mails forwarding;
    • Reply with acknowledgement of receipt or by rejection and motivation.
  2. Incoming mail management includes the same functionalities as outgoing mail management.
